Combination of 2 columns

I have 2 columns (A and B) and each column contains 6 items. I need combination of both columns which give sets of 6 items however combinations can only have 4 items from one column. Can anybody please help me.

Can you give an example of column contents?

For example column A contains A,B,C,D,E and F. Column B contains 1,2,3,4,5 and 6. Output should be like A,B,C,D,1,2 or 2,3,B,C,D,E or 3,4,5,6,C,D and so on
