I am working with Access reports and formatting the columns I have discovered it seems to change the values as I change the width of the column: 396.5 becomes 397, and if I shorten the column further I get 390.

Is there a way to disable this? In options perhaps?

Any help greatley appreciated,

Kawg

If you start asking yourself if now is a good time to save your Excel workbook, the answer is Yes
Hi, I'm not sure if this will help but in your report design Click Edit -> Select Report, Click Format -> Untick Snap to Grid.

Are you saying that the actual values are changing?

They probably aren't. it might just be that they are formatted differently.
