Column Referencing in Excel 2003

Hi Everyone.

Ok so I need to know how do I reference a column in a formula, but NOT by its letter E, F, D etc. But by its text or number in Row 1.

My formula I've got needs to find a column with a particular text in, then take all values related with that column. Now I know you will say why don't you take the column reference, but the reason for this is, my spreadsheet is going to change every month so I need a formula to stay the same and pick up the same text and related values every time it changes because I don't have time to go through and change the formula every month.

If anyone has any tips or advice at the moment that will be great, I will be uploading my spreadsheet on here later as I'm at work at the moment.

Thanks for your help
