Column Rearrange Based on row 2 - which contains a numeric

I need a script that, using the active sheet, shuffles columns C and beyond, so that the columns are in order based on the numeric in row 2. So,

B	C	D
Doesn't move ever	2	3
Static	stuffadfhjpaofjs	stuffafhqwphf

Would become:

B	D	C
Doesn't move ever	3	2
Static	stuffafhqwphf	stuffadfhjpaofjs

once the marco has run.
