Column A changes dynamically but need to keep values in column B associated with their value in column A

Using Google Sheets.

Column A contains a list of products. That list is imported from outside Google Sheets (Shopify). The list constantly changes as new products get added or removed. When products are added they don't necessarily get added to the bottom, they get added anywhere on the list so the Product list is constantly changing.

In column B I am putting in Barcodes associated with each products.

The problem is, as the product list changes, the Barcodes are no longer associated with their products.

Is there a way to make it so the barcode is always locked to the product and will move as the product column moves?

Not sure if it is necessary but sample data set here:

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
