Hi

I am looking to format my worksheet with different colours based on a data validation drop down list. I currently can get the drop down cell to be the correct colour but would like the whole worksheet (Columns B-J, Rows 2-67) to be different colours.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

thanks.

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
thanks for this, however it only works to format each cell with the required text. I am looking to format the whole worksheet based on text in one cell.

Hi,

If you input a Formula as a Rule in Conditional Formatting ... you can format the whole sheet ...
