Here you go:
1) If you haven't already, download Colo's Utility. Unzip it and place it in your Excel Add-in folder. If you're not sure where that is, in Excel, goto Tools-->Add-Ins-->Browse. On Win2000, mine's C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Application Data\Microsoft\Add-Ins.
2) Select Htmlmaker2.42 in the Add-in list.
3) Now goto HTML-->Select Used Range and HTML Maker will automatically select the first contiguous range of cells in your active sheet. You have the option of expanding or reducing what's been selected.
4) Hit "OK", then "Yes" at the next dialogue box. You'll then get a message indicating how big your image is. Hit "OK".
5) A new browser window will open and your image will appear there. At the bottom of the window is a button to send the source to the clipboard. Click it, then go to your Mr.Excel post, enter any text you want, then CTRL+V and a ton of HTML will appear.
6) Post your message and voila! Your image will appear.
