Howdy. Another round of questions from the excel noob.

So I would like to color certain numbers in Col A, based on the figures in Col D, for eg.

All cells in Col D equal to or greater than 3 then I would like Col A to change color. I am looking at Conditional Formating, but I cant see how I can meld the two cells for this?

Cheers

Brett

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
Something along the lines of:

=$A$1>5

in the formatting rule should do what you are looking for. Hope this helps.
