Hi all,

I currently have this graph here:

1663228693277.png

I would like to color the area inbetween the yellow and the red line with an orange color. I would like to know:

1) is this possible, and if so, how?
2) if it is possible, is it also possible to make it do this coloring without pasting the orange color over the white line inbetween the graphs?

I would truly appreciate some assistance here, as I have basic to none experience in terms of excel graphs :)

Thank you all!

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
I have done this before by adding two helper columns to the data and adding two more series in the graph.

Add a column to your data named: Base - Make this column be the lower values of the parallel line.
Add a column to your data named: Difference - Make this column be the difference between the upper and lower values of the parallel line.
Right click o your graph and select: Select data
Click on the: 'Add' button to add a series
Add the: 'Base' column to the 'Legend Entries'
Click on the: 'Add' button to add a series
Add the: 'Difference' column to the 'Legend Entries'
Click: OK
Right click one of the lines on the graph and select: Change Series Chart Type
Set: 'Base' to be a stacked area
Set: 'Difference' to be a stacked area
Click: OK
Now right click on the area under the lower line and set 'Fill' to 'none'
You can delete the 'Base' and 'Difference' from the legend on the graph if you wish
