Hey Guys

English is not my first nor my second laungish, so please excuse me for any miss spelling and gramma errors.

Im looking for a Formel abel to detect if a row of cells are green and reply by making a check cell green as well..

eks. i have 9 cells in a row witch induvidial turn green if sertain critiria is meet and want a check cell to turn green if all the sells are positive (Green).

It cant be based on the number value and critiers of the 9 cells due to a constant change in the critrias..

I was thinking something like and IF form (if cell 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 are green - Make cell 10 green) but dont know how to write it..


So my question is: Is there a formel solo based on the coloring of the cells?

Welcome to the forums!

There is no formula in Excel that can look at the colors of cells to determine an outcome, however you can use VBA code to accomplish this. What cells do you want to check to make another cell green?

Also, if you are more comfortable talking in a language you are fluent in, feel free to ask your questions in the Questions in Other Languages forum. We have many members here who speak multiple languages and might be able to help you!

im looking to get the cell L9 to light green if the cells B9-K9 all are green.

No Cf fomulas in the cells, they have a conditional formation so that if the number in the cell match a number in another area it turns green..

i dont know if this can help ekplane what i mean..

Type in number: [ 3 4 5 6 8 7 ]

[3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8] [9] [ ] ---
G G G G G G W W

[3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [3] [3] [ ]
G G G G G G G G

G= Green W= not colored
