I want to conditionally format (highlight) a certain cell IF any number in a particular cell in that range is above 3.
My rows go left to right. So in #1 Row, I want the #1 to be Highlighted because the 3.5 is above 3. The #5 would be highlighted as well cause it has two such numbers 3.2 & 3.9 that are above 3.
What is the formula I would use for this in conditional formatting?

Thanks in advance for any help on this issue!

U.S.

My example is below.

<colgroup><col style="mso-width-source:userset;mso-width-alt:1954;width:42pt" width="56"> <col style="mso-width-source:userset;mso-width-alt:1954;width:42pt" width="56"> <col style="mso-width-source:userset;mso-width-alt:1954; width:42pt" width="56" span="3"> <col style="mso-width-source:userset;mso-width-alt:1954; width:42pt" width="56" span="5"> </colgroup><tbody>

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
What about using MAX...=MAX(B2:B10)>3...this will look at the largest number in the range and return TRUE if it exceeds 3, then work this into your conditional formatting?
