College Course Textbook - Anyone familiar with this?

I am registering for a summer course, and the required textbook is: Murach's Visual Basic 2008.

I haven't ordered it yet, but I was just curious if anyone is familiar with the book and what topics I should expect for the course based on the textbook.

If you go to Amazon and click on the link right under the books cover called Search inside this book you can view the table of contert, the first few pages and the index of the book and see what all is in the book:

I have never actually used the book though.
