Dear Excel friends,

I have the following task: I need to find a way to collect (copy) all rows that have a specific value (the value is always in the same known column - e.g. all rows that have the value "applicable" in column C). The problem is that there are rows that are empty or have different data in column C, so I have to ignore them and still at the end of the sheet (or a new one) display all applicalbes in a list without any empty rows.

Please find attached a document showing the idea: the blue area is how I need the results to look.
File-Upload.net - collectingRows.xlsx

To make it harder for me, my boss told me I must find a way to do it without macros, just formulas (and suggested to try vlookup but I don't see how it can help in this situation).

I'll be very happy if you can suggest something to solve this problem.

Thanks in advance,

sbirov
