Collaborating Same Excel File on LAN

Hi Experts,

Using Office 2021.

I am trying to share some Excel files with other colleagues so we can all make changes in the same file simultaneously. We all use the same version of office and the file which we are trying to update is on a common drive which all can access. Can anyone please guide us how to fix it please?

At the moment when 2nd user tries to open the file when 1st user has already opened it return a dialog box for "File in Use"
