Need help with code to use one command button to send email with attachments

Workbook "Commercial Meeting Log"
Sheets "Commercial Meeting Log", "Cory", "Ted", "Bryan", "Angela"

Email Full workbook to Cory
Email Sheet "Ted" to Ted
Email Sheet "Bryan" to Bryan
Email Sheet "Angela" to Angela
