Code to prevent font change

Is there a way to add protection to a sheet that already has certain restrictions for normal users, to prevent them from changing the font and size of all cells in the workbook?

You would have to write a (partial) dictator app to prevent access to the various font changing elements in Excel, but if all of the cells have the same size and font, you could use code called by the selection change, worksheet activate, before print, & before save events to reset all cells to the desired font and size.
