is there a code to post my question directly from my Excel app to MREXCEL web page ?

Scroll down this page and look for Colos HTML maker. Is this what you mean?
 
what i mean is a userform that can be used within Excel to inside it my question and then post it from the userform to MrExcel posting web page ?
 
No, to my knowledge, no such thing exists.

And frankly, we wouldn't be very fond of the idea--too prone to being used for spamming, even if your intention is honest. Just too many things that could go wrong.
 
what you can do is use a button to get the contents of TextBox1 to the clipboard

then you can paste your message here
