Code to find a record and delete the entire column which its in

Hi i need some code that pops up a box, allowing you to input a name which searches all sheets of a workbook and then deletes the entire column which it is found in.. I need it to prompt whether to delete it or not before it does!!

Can the name appear more than once? Try recording a macro doing what you want as far as find on one sheet and then start to modify it from there. The finding a phrase and deleting a column should be pretty easy to find out, but once you have that someone can assist you with looping through each sheet.
