I typically use Application.Quit with a command button to quit out of excel in my user form. However, when I use this line of code and go to click to start on my program again, it acts all finicky as it loads. My program starts up best when I click the x button in the top right corner. Is there a way to exit similarly with a line of code so its automated with the click of a button in my user form?

How can you automate Excel?
Press Alt+F11 from Windows Excel to open the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) editor.
.
This always works here :

Code:
Sub CloseWB ()
Application.DisplayAlerts = False
    ThisWorkbook.Saved = True
    Application.Visible = False
    Application.Quit
Application.DisplayAlerts = True
End Sub
