I have a list of over 100 buildings. I need to keep track of window cleaning. Each building is cleaned internally and externally once a year and just externally twice a year. I would like to make a way to see which buildings are due for cleaning. Completely clueless, help!!

I'm not sure excel is the best application to use for this - why not try a calendaring application?

Hi, thanks for your reply. My manager is asking for a database which I can save for the team to use so I'm really unsure of how to do this
