Clipboard Error

I regularly get a pop up with the error below. Why is this and can anything be done please? It's generally when a macro is running. Thanks.

We couldn't copy the content to the clipboard because it's in use by another application. You can still paste your content within this workbook, but it won't be available in other applications.

It's not ideal but I have seen some people say that they have had some success by turning off "Enable Live Preview"
File > Options > General > uncheck Enable Live Preview (in first section at the top)

The Macro is probably using the Range.Copy method in a loop and not clearing Clipboard.

That depends on whether you need purely the values or whether you need the formatting as well

That's why I said "don't really" instead of "don't". Sometimes one may need to paste Objects instead of Ranges as well.
