Click event in ListView to get selected row and coloumn value

Hi All VB experts,

Need your help, how can I get the selected row and coloumn value when I click the list view ?
For example :
I have below list view with first coloumn as a header :

Pers No Detail name Department
32998001 Alex FG Marketing
35422980 Michael HF Sales
34223441 Jacky Salmon Warehouse

When I click row 2 coloumn 2, the return value will be Michael HF. This also when I click row 3 coloumn 3, the return value will be Warehouse.
