Clear Link Format

I need some help with a macro on an excel sheet.
What I have is Links in column B that I want to edit clear Formats on. So that they are now just text or numeric in column B. I have other stuff in column A that I want to keep. Then finally Delete columns C thru J throughtout my whole sheet. Any help would be great

Select and Copy the cells. While they ae still selected use Edit/Paste Special .. Values.
