Clear Form Open Page once another form is closed

I am trying to clear the values on the Form Open Page once I have closed another form. How do I set all of the values back to Null once the Form Open Page is now the Active Page?

I assume that you want to clear the form because you're starting another record.
If that's the case, a simple way to do that is go to a new record using a command like

DoCmd.GoToRecord, acNewRecord

That can be attached to a button, or triggered by the Close event of the other form.
