Hi,
I have a table in power query with 2 columns:
Column A: Index which is a list of sequential numbers 1..15 with 3 null values inbetween each number (to mimic blank rows on a sheet)
Column B: Details which contains custom data types (Table.CombineColumnsToRecord from an earlier step)
I have added a conditional column with:
= Table.AddColumn(reorder_cols, "Details1", each if [Index] = null then null else [Details])
But in the output column, the value is "Record" and not the custom data type
When I click on it, the record, does contain the same information, but I want to load the table into an Excel spreadsheet as a custom data type, with blank rows inbetween.
Any suggestions how to resolve this?
TIA,
Jack
