How can I clear with VBA some Excel sheets (Area A2:N50) before I transfer new data to this sheet from Access 2016.

The transfer (DoCmd.TransferSpreadsheet ) should not add lines, but totally renew all data.

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
See the link I provided. It will show you how to run an Excel macro from Access.
I usually find that is the easiest way to go (create an Excel macro that does what you want, and just have Access call that macro to run into of trying to create Excel VBA code in Access VBA).
