I've got a data dump from a freight carrier that has columns for ship to /receipt to addresses. The issue I have is that 1 address can be listed multiple ways. For example, 123 East, 123 East St, 123 East Street. I have a list of the proper addresses. How can I go about populating the incorrect addresses with the correct address.

Thanks in advance.

You can copy the address from the dump onto a new tab then the use the remove duplicate feature. You will then be left with one of each address. Add the correct address name next to each address then do a Vlookup back the sheet with the original dump address.

I hope this makes sense.
