Circular Reference but Excel doesn't know where.

Every once in a while I will get a message that there is a circular reference but Excel can not show me where. I have used the error checking tools on every sheet. If the window popped up everytime that there is a calculation, I could delete columns or sheets until it goes away and find it, but it seems random. There is a lot of vba and named ranges as well.
Thoughts?

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
Excel can not show me where.
Does that mean that on each sheet, when you go to Formulas tab, Formula Auditing group on the ribbon and choose Error Checking that "circular references" is greyed out for each sheet? If it's not, that sheet has a circular reference.

You could give this a try but it won't be quick.
It's a macro on ExcelTips that may help identify the circular references
Find circular references within your workbook

Another option might be JKP's RefTreeAnalyser

You might want to make sure that you only have that workbook open when trying to troubleshoot it, since you will get that message if any open workbook has a circular reference in it.

1e.pngI will give it a try later today. To answer others, Yes I used the the error checking tool on all sheets. I closed Excel and just opened the 1 file to confirm it wasn't coming from somewhere else

Alex, that worked great! And thank you for the link to the analyzer. The video is quite impressive and I just might purchase it. Thank you!
