We are using Excel for training documentation. When the person being trained completes a training session, he/she will print out the sheet for documentation that they have had the training referenced in the sheet.
The person responsible for training, then files the sheet away for future reference.
Issue is:
Associates have different levels of computer experience.
Printouts are not consistent.
This creates extra work for the trainer.
Ideally, there would be a print button assigned to a macro that would choose the printer, and set up the correct parameters to print consistently.
