Hello I have a problem

The problem is that I need to find a way to get excel checking the minimum qualifications to reach a certain level.
As it is now excel will check the amount of points which is in this scenario "1.000.000" so this means Champion's League (CL) but it did not pass the minimum qualifications of 5 x P

I need to have a code which will check first the total points and then looks if in row 19&20 the minimum qualification is met.

Example: When there are 10000 points and there are in row 19 and/or 20 a minimum of 3 M then the position is IMM

Then the second part will be

Example: When there are 10000 points and there are in row 19 and/or 20 a minimum of 3 M then I am IMM when there are 2 then I am MM when there is 1 then I am SM

Email me if you want to have the excel file for more explanations.

Thank you very much in advance for the help. Appreciate it.
