Checking if a value exists in a list then checking if the date is between a range

Hi,

I have a list of outbreak dates against a list of sites on 1 sheet and a list of staff names against a site with the date they 1st tested positive on another sheet. I want to use a formula to check if the date the staff tested positive is within the range at the sites.

Some small sets of dummy sample data and the expected results might help people understand what it is you are trying to do.
