Hi Everyone,

I'm thinking this might be impossible as the possabilities are too wide, however I've been surprised before so who knows?

I have a sheet where people input the clients Name "Woolworths Ltd" or "Amazon" etc.
now I'm having a problem as the names are being entered differently.

I've tried limiting to dropdown boxes but this does not work as new clients are coming along all the time.

So,

Would it be possible to have a macro that after you enter a name into sheet "New Client" cell G10, it looks down Column G of Sheet"Raw Data" and finds matchs and near matches and lists them?
If they can be listed in sheet "Control" Column Z then I can take it from there.

any ideas please let me know.

Thanks

Tony

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
Hi Footoo,
that is exactly what I want, but does anyone know if I install it then send to another user if the add in stays in the document or has to be added everytime?
also how could I get this to auto run when I input the data?
Thanks
Tony
