Checking for links between worksheets and listing them

If you were to inherit a Workbook and wanted to restructure the worksheets within it, is there any way of checking if a worksheet is linked to or contains links and detailing which worksheets are interlinked? Note a list of worksheet interlinks would be sufficient.
