Hi,

I am looking for help checking for a text match, so I can show a tick or a cross in the cell next to it.

I have 2 sheets. Interface and Data.

In Data it has, First Name, D.O.B, Postcode ect.

In the interface the user types First Name into cell C10 and then it check the range of Data!B:B If there is a match then cell Interface!C11 will show a tick to show its there.

Sorry for asking if its a very trivial thing, but have been scratching my head and checking FAQ's and Forums for 8 hours now.

Thanks in advance
