I have two workbooks (1 and 2) used as a Data gathering report builder and datadase on both sides. On each there is a Checkbox (A and B) (Active X) that is used for the same purpose (to back-date the schedule after midnight [12.00am] and then update the schedule each day after the production has been entered. What I need to happen is after the schedule is updated, then the Workbook (2) checkbox (B) is checked then the same one on the other workbook (1) Checkbox (A) will also become checked. But then at midnight the Workbook (1) Checkbox (A) that is checked will then be un-checked and when the other workbook (2) is opened it will also then un-checked Checkbox (B). I am not sure if it will need to run a auto-check to see if the other button condition status, but on workbook (1) is always open the other workbook (2) may not always be open. I think this will also have to be able to work backward and forward.
The Code I am use current on the each checkboxs that work seperate to each other. I also need to link them.
Private Sub CKB_BackdateSchedule_Click()
If Me.CKB_BackdateSchedule.Value = True Then
Me.TB_BackdateSchedule.Value = "Back-dated"
TB_CurrentDate.Text = Now() - 1
Sheets("Control").Range("C5").Value = Now() - 220
Else
If Me.CKB_BackdateSchedule.Value = False Then
Me.TB_BackdateSchedule.Value = "Today"
TB_CurrentDate.Text = Now()
Sheets("Control").Range("C5").Value = Now() - 221
End If
End If
End Sub <!-- / message -->
