Checkbox related formulas

Excel 2002, Windows XP

Please keep in mind this is stretching my knowledge of Excel to the outer limits as I've only done simple things like sums...so lay it on me like I don't know anything because I don't! Thanks.

I have two checkboxes. If one gets checked I need for one thing to happen, if the both get checked I need something else to happen.

I get a value error when I try to do it this way.

=OR(IF(B18 = TRUE,[D11*0.04],[0,[B18ANDK16 = TRUE,[D11*0.08],[0])

I know it is probably a mess.

What do I need to fix here in order to get it to work?
