Check whether two dates fall between two other dates

Hi - I am checking if any projects at work fall between a change freeze - either their start or end date.

There are a few scenarios - projects starting within the period and then going several months ahead, projects starting before and finishing during the project - but essentially each

	A	B	C	D
1	Project Start Date	Project End Date	Freeze Window Start	Freeze Window End
2	01/10/20	12/12/20	01/11/20	30/11/20

Any help is super appreciated!

Can you please clarify a bit more...
You need to check if project start or end date falls between freeze start or end date ....

Is that what you want... ???
