Check the if any date from a row / table matches a period of time

Hello!

I have a list of a project with its associated subprojects. Each activity is allocated two cells, one for the time and the second for a short description of results. I need a formula to check horizontally each row with dates, or the whole table, to see if any date ( e.g. 02/06/2022, 16/07/2022 etc.) fits the checked period (e.g. 01/06/2022-31/05/2023). If it matches that period, I wish the associated subproject to be deleted from this table and moved in another file (e.g. Sheet 2).
