Check Mark shown

I have created a formula dealing with TIME
=IF(B7="","",TEXT(D7-B7,"h:mm")-C7)
The formula works fine but the cell shows an unexpected "green" check mark.
It not part of the returned value, it's just there.

Any ideas of how to get it gone?

Can Excel fill bagel flavors?
You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
Do you mean a little green triangle in the top left of the cell?

In that case I don't think we are talking about the same thing.
Have you looked to see if there is any conditional formatting on that cell?

I was talking about the error warning triangle that appears in the top left corner of a cell on some occasions.

TOP left side ?
If yes, it's a warning from Excel that it thinks there is some anomaly with your formula.
If you click on the cell, you might get another symbol appearing, with an exclamation mark in it, and if you hover over that, it will tell you why it thinks there is an anomaly.
For example
"The formula in this cell differs from the formulas in this area of the spreadsheet"
and there are several other possible messages.

You can just ignore the message if you like, and if you click on the symbol with the exclamation mark, you should get a menu appearing which includes options to change the ways that these types of anomalies are handled.
