Check formula predecessors for conditional formatting then match formatting

I have a set of array functions on sheet 1 looking up various stuff on several other sheets which all works just fine. On some of the other reference sheets there are default values and custom values based on quite a bit of decision criteria. What I have done is conditionally format the array values to change color if the value is not default. This too works just fine. Here's the catch. What I would like is if any of the predecessor cell references are conditionally formatted in the array function on sheet 1 then I want to pass that formatting onto the array function cell back on sheet 1. I'm fairly decent in excel but I cannot seem to figure this one out. It's time for the experts. I appreciate your time in advance.
