Check Boxes

I have created 2 check boxes on a form for Yes and No answers, the problem is that the wizard does not appear so that I can give a it a value any ideas?

The value I want to give it is 1 and 2: 1=yes, 2=No. So that it is stored in the table.

By default, checkboxes store data as -1 for Yes and 0 for No.
As long as you have a Control Source to store the results, that's what you get.

I have used the wizard before to set up option values these were established by using a the wizard. The option values I have are 1=yes and 2=no. How can I set it up so that I have to buttons yes and no on the same form

With Wizards turned ON, drag an Option Group onto the form in Design View. Follow the steps and you'll be able to do what you need.
I'd suggest using option buttons rather than check boxes for the yes/no -- less confusing for the users.
