ChartSheet ComboBox Scaling Issues

I have code that sets the zoom level to match the PC that it is being displayed on. This works great so that ChartSheets fill up the screen for large sized external monitors down to small laptop screens.

The issue is that my combobox dropdowns resize and move whenever I move from external monitor to laptop screen and even when the file is shared with other users with their own screen resolutions.

Any ideas!
