How can I use a formula that links to another excel sheet that will display on a chart without displaying it as zero until data takes its place?

I have two sheets within the same excel document. Page one is labeled Graphs, page two is labeled Data. I am planning on updating information on the Data page throughout the year.
G17 currently has nothing in it but still shows up as 0 on the Graphs page. With a repetitive formula referring to each month I have 11 zeros showing up right now on my graph.

I'd like to get it where the zero doesn't appear unless it's an actual zero on the Data page. That's the hard part because sometimes the data is actually 0 so I can't format it to show it as blank if there is a zero in the spot. Sometimes the 0 legitimately needs to be represented.
