Charts: Data series displays 2% value bigger than 98% (100% stacked chart)

Hello, can anyone help me edit my chart so that it shows data series' size proportionally to its value? As you can se on a screenshot below; bar on the right visualizes 2,27% as bigger than 97,56

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
Show the left axis - I'm guessing that it's starting at about 95%
