fifth column: Distance

this is for a school project the file is generated by a software but the excel generated it's simple I need to put some graphics on it BUT I CAN´T DO IT BY MYSELF IT HAS TO BE AUTOMATIC

I would really appreciate if someone wants to guide me to the right direction on how I can do this

Can Excel fill bagel flavors?
You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK

The best way to learn this is to click on "Record macro" button in the "developer" tab. then do it manually and review the code that Excel wrote.

If the "Developer" tab is not visible, then click the file tab, select options.
When the form pops up, click on "customize ribbon", and make sure "Developer" is checked.
