The box on page 253 refers to a file '7-DYNAMIC1.xlsm' that suggests it is available for the example .... where can that and other files for this book be found ...

Hi Doug,

Thanks for buying the book! I don't have the book here this instant, but I know that the first page of the appendix lists the URL for the download files.

The Dynamic example from Chapter 7 is at that page. I think that I renamed it from 7-DYNAMIC1.xlsm to something like 07-ChartingChapter07a.xlsm. (I was trying to make all the file names relatively consistent from chapter to chapter).
