Charting question.

While Charting... I have a part that takes 12 hours to produce but only have 8 hours a day to produce it.. how can i get the chart to take the extra 4 hours from the first day and add them to the second day thus shifting all jobs back.. I believe it's relative to having a gant chart but am not sure? Any links or help would be appreciated..
(gant charts are made in EXCEL? sample would be gratefully looked at)
