Chart with VBA

Hi Experts,
I am trying to create an automated mind map chart according to the table.
So basically group one would be on the left, if IN is true then group 2 "feeds" group 1, if OUT is true then group one feeds group 2, if both are true then they feed each other.
Group 2 always feeds group 3.
Is there a way to use Excel or VBA to create such an automated chart?

Excel Facts

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
I cannot tell you how to create the chart you want; but I can relate my own experience with implementing automatic chart generation - I use the Excel Macro recorder to record myself manually creating the chart I want. That macro recorder-generated code then serves as a basis to create a more refined macro to generate the chart(s) I want.
