Chart Template tedious issue

Good afternoon everybody,

I am having an issue with a chart template. I am working on a scatterplot based on 36 observations, I therefore have 36 X and 36 Y displayed in two columns.
I generate a scatter plot and I apply a very nice template to have a better visualizations of data markers. This template comes from another scatter plot used in another Excel file with a different data set, which only counts 14 elements.

My problem is that when I apply the template to my sheet, data markers only change for the first 14 observations, therefore 22 observations on the scatter plot remain with the old, bad excel data markers! Is there a way to either extend the range of the template? Manually changing every data marker would simply be crazy :warning:

Any help appreciated... I tried everything I could but still, when I apply the template, it only works for 14 data markers out of 36. I tried to extend the template to 36 cells, save it as a new template and then applying to my dataset... nothing!! =(
