Hi,
I've been searching through forums and trying (in vain) many ways to create a chart (Using Excel 2010) that displays a Project name on one axis, a project milestone on the other axis and the month as the 'value'.
This may be asking Excel to do too much but basically I have a series of projects ongoing which I have to create a report for every month, this needs to be an 'easy to see' overview of the key milestones in coming months.
I.e. This would show that in January I have 3 key milestones coming up; two projects initiating and 1 project starting the second phase.
I've included an example of the chart I have if its any help
- Also, I know this would be sorted in MS Project but I don't have the luxury of that software
